1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "Personal Data Protection" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data DecoDom.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The most important goal and condition for the implementation of the Operator’s activities is the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the processing of his/her personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets. The Operator's policy for the personal data  processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about website visitors: https://decodom.in.ua.

2. MAIN CONCEPTS USED IN POLICY:

Automated personal data processing  - processing of personal data using computer technology.

Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of personal data processing (unless the processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);
Website - a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability in the Internet at a network address: https://decodom.in.ua;

Information system of personal data - a set of personal data in databases, and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

Depersonalization of personal data - actions that ensure impossibility to determine, without additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data;

Personal data processing - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

Operator - a state authority, municipal authority, legal or individual entity, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable Website User: https://decodom.in.ua

User – any visitor of the website: https://decodom.in.ua;
Personal data provision- actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons.

Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including the disclosure of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.

Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.


3. LIST OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA:

- Surname, Name,  Patronimyc;  e-mail address;  phone number; year/month/date and place of birth;
- Details of the identity document;
- Address of the actual place of residence and registration by residence and (or) by place;
- Information on education, profession, specialty and qualifications, details of documents on education;

The website also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others).

The above data is united by the general concept of Personal data further in the text of the Policy.


4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by means of sending emails; to conclude, to execute and terminate the civil law contracts; to provide the User with access to the services, information and / or materials contained on the website.

The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at shop@decodom.in.ua with the note "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers".

Anonymized data of Users collected by Internet statistics services is used to collect information about Users’ actions on the site and to improve the quality of the site and its content.


5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and / or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://decodom.in.ua.  The User expresses his consent to this Policy by filling out the relevant forms and / or sending the personal data to the Operator.

The Operator processes anonymized  User’s data in case it is allowed by the User's browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology is enabled).


6. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING, STORING, TRANSFERING AND OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures in full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access of unauthorized persons to personal data.

The User's personal data shall be never, under any condition, transferred to the third parties, except the cases related to the implementation of applicable law.

In case of detection inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s e-mail address shop@grantclub.biz marked as “Personal data updating”.

The term for personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to personal data processing by sending a notification to the Operator's email address shop@grantclub.biz marked as "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".


7. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA:

Before the cross-border personal data transfer, the operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state to the territory of which the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out ensures reliable protection of the persons’ rights of personal data.

Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only under the written consent of the subject of personal data to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and / or execution of an agreement where the subject of personal data is the Party.


8. FINAL PROVISIONS:

The User can receive any clarifications about processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail shop@grantclub.biz.

This document reflects any changes in the policy of personal data processing by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
