If for any reason the product purchased in the “DecoDom” online store does not suit you, you may exchange it for another item or return it and receive a refund.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, a return is possible within 14 days from the moment you receive your order (the date of receipt is considered the day the parcel is issued at Nova Poshta or handed over by a courier). During this period, we will gladly accept interior items back.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
– the original packaging, tags, and all components (if any) must be preserved;
– the item must not have been used and must retain its marketable condition;
– furniture must not have been made as a custom order;
– furniture must not have been delivered “on pre-order”.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLAIMS:
Claims regarding factory defects are accepted within 1 month from the date the order is shipped from our warehouse in Kyiv.
To process your request, please provide:
– photos of the shipping labels on the original factory packaging
– photos of the product defects
