Payment for goods "TO ORDER" is made strictly after all the details have been agreed with our manager.
IMPORTANT: when paying for the goods purchased on the website, regardless of the chosen payment method, checks will be issued electronically by sending them to the email specified during registration or order placement.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We arrange delivery across Ukraine and to European Union countries in cooperation with trusted logistics partners.
DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE
Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta (novaposhta.ua) and Meest Express (meestposhta.com.ua). Shipments are processed according to the terms and conditions of these companies. Delivery costs are calculated based on the carrier’s tariffs and depend on the destination, dimensions, weight, value of the goods, and chosen payment method. Delivery is paid for by the recipient.
DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES
For international delivery to EU countries, we use Meest Express and GLS Parcel Service. Meest Express delivers the order to the international terminal, after which GLS Parcel Service handles the delivery within the EU. Once the shipment crosses the border, you will receive a tracking number for self-monitoring via gls-group.com. Estimated delivery time from Ukraine to EU countries is approximately 10–14 days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NOVA POSHTA SHIPMENTS
Once your parcel arrives at the designated Nova Poshta branch, you have 5 days to collect it. After that period, the shipment is automatically returned to the sender or stored at an additional cost. Repeat shipping in both directions is at the recipient’s expense or deducted from the prepaid amount.
All shipments are insured for their full value. Upon receiving the parcel, please make sure the item is not damaged: open the package and inspect the product directly at the branch or in the presence of the courier.
If you discover damage:
– refuse to accept the parcel and fill out a return claim form (provided by Nova Poshta)
– indicate the reason “item damaged” in the consignment note (TTN)
– keep a copy of the claim and return the parcel to the courier
– send a copy of the document to shop@decodom.in.ua and notify our manager using any convenient method.
If the carrier does not allow you to inspect the package, do not accept it and inform us immediately. Responsibility for the item’s condition passes to the recipient once the parcel is collected.
