This agreement between the entrepreneur Chunika Ljudmila Eduardovna (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the User, determines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the website of the online store DecoDom.in.ua.
1.GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.1. These sales terms (hereinafter also referred to as the "Terms") govern the procedure of purchasing goods offered for sale to Users on DecoDom.in.ua Website, as well as the procedure of using services of DecoDom.in.ua Website.
1.2. These Terms are a public offer in accordance with part 1 of Art. 638 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The User accepts these Terms and Conditions by one of the following actions: registration on DecoDom.in.ua; placing an order through DecoDom.in.ua Website (if the registration on the Website was not carried out by the User), by phone number, via chat, via email.
1.3. For the purposes of the Sales Terms the following basic terms and definitions are used:
Internet store DecoDom.in.ua - a store located in Internet at the address: www.decodom.in.ua, through which DecoDom.in.ua sells goods for home and interior items remotely.
The Seller - Chunika Ljudmila Eduardovna, individual tax number (ИНН) 2061110660;
Website DecoDom.in.ua is a website hosted on Internet in the public domain at the address: www.decodom.in.ua, owned by the Seller and used for sale products to Users by the Seller on the basis of an offer of goods owned by the Seller.
The User - any individual or legal entity, as well as an individual entrepreneur who visit the DecoDom.in.ua Website with or without the intention of concluding a transaction for the purchase of goods and services sold through the Internet portal "DecoDom.in.ua Website".
1.4. The DecoDom.in.ua Website offers for sale goods belonging to DecoDom.in.ua / third parties that have entered into agreements with DecoDom.in.ua for the sale of their goods through the DecoDom.in.ua online store. The DecoDom.in.ua Site also contains unique content related to interior design, posted for the Users for informational purposes.
1.5. On the Site DecoDom.in.ua, a number of services designed to ensure the simplicity, convenience and safety of buying furniture, lighting and home decor items are provided.
1.6. DecoDom.in.ua operates in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Law of Ukraine dated 03.09.2015 No. 675 "On Electronic Commerce".
1.7. A user intending to place an order on the DecoDom.in.ua Website has the right to conclude an agreement with DecoDom.in.ua solely by joining the terms of this offer. A particular contract may be concluded with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
1.8. In case of pre-ordering goods on the DecoDom.in.ua Website, a particular sale and purchase agreement is settled up between the User and DecoDom.in.ua. At the same time, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not apply to the relations that have arisen between the Parties
2. ORDER PLACEMENT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
2.1. Registration is not required to make a purchase on the DecoDom.in.ua Website, as well as to use the services provided on the DecoDom.in.ua Website, but registration is recommended since it provides access to a personal account containing the history and status of all orders.
2.2. DecoDom.in.ua is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations to the User, if the impossibility of their proper fulfillment is caused by the incorrect information provided by the User, in particular, full name, delivery address, contact phone number.
2.3. The order is placed by the User indepentently on the DecoDom.in.ua Website, by e-mail shop@decodom.in.ua, via chat on the DecoDom.in.ua Website or by phone: +38 (095) 3999 300 or +38 (067) 3999 700.
2.4. The price of the goods is displayed on the Website DecoDom.in.ua in Ukrainian hryvnias. The cost of the goods indicated in the online store can be changed unilaterally, while the price of the goods ordered and paid by the Buyer is not subject to change.
2.5. Goods ordered on the DecoDom.in.ua Website can be paid for in one of the following ways:
- cash on delivery (cash or bank card). In office \ branch of the transport company that delivers
- payment to account by QR code
- by bank transfer according to the details of private enterpreneur Chunika Lyudmila Eduardovna
- by bank card Visa or MasterCard, via internet-banking as well as with the help of payment terminals to the account via a key card.
For legal entities, it is also possible to pay by bank transfer against an invoice. The invoice for payment is sent by the DecoDom.in.ua customer service manager after the order is confirmed.
When paying for all purchased goods on the site, regardless of the chosen payment method, checks will be issued electronically by sending them to the e-mail account specified during registration or placing an order.
2.6. Delivery of goods is carried out within 2-3 working days for Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. If the payment method is bank transfer to the bank account of FOP Chunik L.E. collection and packaging of the order is carried out immediately after the receipt of amount to the current account. The terms of delivery to other cities and regions of Ukraine can be found in the section of the Website DecoDom.in.ua "Payment and Delivery".
2.7. DecoDom.in.ua has the right to hold promotions for the sale of goods at special prices (with discounts). Information about the validity period of special offers is contained on the DecoDom.in.ua Website in the "SALE" section. In general categories, such products are marked with special discount stickers.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:
3.1.The User accepts the goods in terms of quantity, assortment, quality (obvious defects) and completeness, and also checks the service life of the goods and the integrity of the packaging of the goods by its delivery.
3.2.The User is obliged to take actions that according with the usual requirements, are necessary from his part to ensure the delivery and receipt of the goods, including signing shipping documents, keeping checks and other documents confirming the fact of the Goods purchase.
3.3. Ownership of the goods, as well as the risks of accidental damage of the goods, are transferred from DecoDom.in.ua to the User at the moment of transfer of the goods and signing the shipping documents.
3.4. Claims for quantity, assortment, completeness and quality (obvious defects) after the transfer of the goods and the signing of the shipping documents are not accepted
4. RETURN TERMS:
4.1. Return of Goods of good quality is carried out within 14 (fourteen) days. Return of Goods of good quality is possible only if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved. To return goods of good quality, you must fill in a return application. Goods of proper quality purchased by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are not subject to return.
4.2. When returning goods of good quality, the User pays the cost of delivery of the goods, and in the case of returning the goods by DecoDom.in.ua, the cost of the return.
4.3. In case of detection of defects in the goods after receipt and payment (hidden defects), if such defects were not specified by DecoDom.in.ua and could not be discovered by the User upon acceptance of the goods, the User, during the service life, on his choice, has the right to :
- demand a replacement for a product of the same brand (the same model and (or) article);
- demand a replacement for the same product of a different brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
- demand immediate gratuitous elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the User or by a third party;
4.4. The User does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the User who purchases it.

5. USE OF DecoDom.in.ua Site:
5.1. As part of the registration process on the DecoDom.in.ua Website, the User may be required to provide information about himself, including personal data, contact information. The User agrees that any information provided to DecoDom.in.ua during the registration process on the DecoDom.in.ua Site will always be accurate, reliable and up-to-date.
5.2. The User hereby agrees to use the DecoDom.in.ua Site solely for the purposes permitted:
- these Conditions of Sale;
- the applicable legislation of Ukraine and business practices adopted in Ukraine.
5.3. The User hereby agrees not to carry out or attempt to access the DecoDom.in.ua Site otherwise than through the interface provided by DecoDom.in.ua, unless such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with a separate agreement with DecoDom.in.ua
5.4. The User agrees not to carry out any activity that interferes with the operation of the DecoDom.in.ua Site, the relevant servers or networks that are connected to the DecoDom.in.ua Site, or violates the operation of the Site.
5.5. The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy the information contained on the DecoDom.in.ua Site for any purpose, except when such actions were expressly permitted to the User in accordance with a separate agreement with DecoDom.in.ua.
5.6. The User agrees that he takes responsibility for any violation of the obligations stipulated by these Terms of Sale, as well as for any consequences of violations, including compensation for losses caused to DecoDom.in.ua.
6. USER PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY:
6.1. The User agrees and understands that he is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords connected with any account used to access the DecoDom.in.ua Site.
6.2. The User agrees that he is responsible to the DecoDom.in.ua Site for all actions that are performed while using the User's account.
6.3. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of password or account, the User agrees to notify DecoDom.in.ua immediately by sending an appropriate message to the address: shop@grantclub.biz
6.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the DecoDom.in.ua Website, its services and information materials contain or may contain information that is subject to legal protection in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international law.
7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA:
7.1. DecoDom.in.ua appreciates the trust placed by Users and is aware of the responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality of data provided to DecoDom.in.ua. by Users, including personal data, filled in during registration on the DecoDom.in.ua Site, including, but not limited to the following: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, delivery address.
7.2. By registering on the Website DecoDom.in.ua. the User agrees to the processing of his personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, for the purpose of forming and processing orders of Users, as well as organizing the delivery of ordered goods.
7.3. The User agrees that the consent to the processing of personal data expressed during registration on the DecoDom.in.ua Site does not have a limited validity period. At the same time, the consent to the use of personal data may be revoked by the User in writing at any time after DecoDom.in.ua fulfills the obligation to the User for delivery of the ordered goods. In this case, the processing of personal data is terminated on the next business day after receiving a written withdrawal of consent to the use of personal data by destroying personal data and all accounts used for access the DecoDom.in.ua Site.
7.4. DecoDom.in.ua guarantees that the User's personal data will be used solely for the sale, delivery of goods and communication with the User on any issues related to the order, as well as to inform the User about all promotions and special offers of DecoDom.in.ua.
7.5. DecoDom.in.ua guarantees that the User's personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of DecoDom.in.ua counterparties who are involved in ensuring the fulfillment of DecoDom.in.ua's obligations to the User.
7.6. DecoDom.in.ua has the right to send information, including advertising messages, information about ongoing promotions, special offers, service messages informing the User about the order and the stages of its processing to the User's e-mail, mobile phone via SMS only with his consent. The user has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal. Placing an order by the User in any form means the User's consent to receive on a regular basis a newsletter with advertising and information materials about the activities of the online store DecoDom.in.ua, products offered by DecoDom.in.ua for sale on the Website DecoDom.in.ua, contests and other promotional activities, sending service messages informing the User about the order and the stages of its processing (to improve the quality of service). The user has the right, after receiving the order, to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data / to the distribution of advertising and information materials without giving reasons. The withdrawal of consent is made in writing by sending an electronic message to the address: shop@grantclub.biz. Service messages informing the User about the order and the stages of its processing cannot be rejected by the User.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
8.1. DecoDom.in.ua is not responsible to the User for:
- loss of data by the User;
- any losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account;
- any losses that the User may incur as a result of the User's failure to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the password or account data.
8.2. The DecoDom.in.ua website may contain links to other resources, in particular, websites owned by third parties. The user acknowledges and agrees that DecoDom.in.ua is not responsible for the availability of these resources and their content, as well as for any consequences associated with the use of the content of these resources.
9. CHANGING THE OFFER:
9.1. DecoDom.in.ua has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The new version of the Terms is subject to public access at: https://decodom.in.ua/dogovor-publichnoj-oferty and comes into force from the moment it is posted on the DecoDom.in.ua Website.
9.2. The User understands and agrees that the performance of actions on the DecoDom.in.ua Site after the date DecoDom.in.ua makes the relevant changes to the Terms of Sale means that the User agrees with the new version of the Terms.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS:
10.1. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid, such provision shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms.
10.2. The User agrees that non-use of any rights or remedies provided for in these Terms by DecoDom.in.ua or belonging to DecoDom.in.ua by operation of law, does not mean a refusal by DecoDom.in.ua from such rights and/or remedies.
10.3. No part of these Terms can be understood as the establishment between the User and DecoDom.in.ua of partnership relations, joint activities, personal employment relations or any other relations not expressly provided for by these Terms.
10.4. Issues not regulated by these Terms are regulated in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
